Our personalized reflective stickers are excellent for indoor and outdoor use at Packaging Planet because they are printed on five-mil—engineering-grade reflective vinyl. Specifications for Reflective Sticker Artwork

Only files up to 100 MB in size are accepted. The file types that we recommend are:

Adobe Illustrator PDF (Adobe PDF) EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)

Please ensure that all fonts are converted to outlines or curves before submitting these files so that the fonts print appropriately and aren't replaced.

Tips for PNG (High Resolution PNG) Files

• Adjust the size to match the precise size of the goods you order.
• All text should be converted to outlines. Bleed only when needed. Never flatten or merge layers in a PSD file.
• Mark the cut line on all decal items.

Guidelines for Transfer-Cut

Any sticker or decal that will be selected or weeded and have transfer tape placed over it is referred to as transfer cutting and primarily utilized for vinyl lettering.

• Open fonts that are simple are advised.
• At least 1/2" must be added to every text.
• Characters and other design components must be separated by at least 1/8".
• The minimum size for main strokes, line weights, or artistic embellishments should be 1/8".
• 1/8" is the minimum pick size.
• You are advised to ask for proof of this product.

Vector Graphics

Lines and curves are mathematically defined things that make up vector art. You can see the points or vectors that connect your lines and curves when you view your artwork in crucial line mode. They are also visible when modifying the points along a path or using the pen tool. Because vector art can be extended to any extent without losing quality, it is perfect for typing and drawing shapes with clear outlines and details. The mathematical calculation of the distance between the vectors is independent of the resolution.

Scanner Art

Pixels, or coloured squares, make up raster graphics. They are made by fusing several different coloured pixels. Pixels are what make up digital photos. A raster image can be seen down to the individual pixels if you examine it at 200% or higher. Because raster graphics depend on resolution, the size at which a file is created determines how huge an image can be. A file's quality will decline if made at a size greater than its resolution will allow. Pixelation will occur when printing a file with poor resolution. The size of each pixel allows for easy differentiation. Since there aren't enough pixels, raising the resolution won't fix the issue. After estimating the location of each new pixel, the computer will assign that pixel's colour value to its neighbour. An image may appear murky as a result of this.

Please adhere to the following instructions while uploading these files:

• 100 dpi at 100% scale (full-size output)
• 25% scale at 300 dpi or above, and 50% at 200 dpi or above.
• 10% scale suggested at 600–1200 dpi for design services

Our art department may rebuild your artwork in vector format for printing if you cannot provide us with print-ready artwork. Reproducing most logos or graphics can be done for an additional fee, depending on how complex your design is.
